Invoices are to be submitted as soon as the translation is satisfactorily completed via email, directly to our finance department. The invoice should include all required information; i.e. full address, contact telephone number, email address and full bank details. All invoices should show the Purchase Order number provided by the project manager. Our accounts department cannot process any invoices not showing a valid a Purchase Order number. Our standard payment terms are 45 days from the date we receive the invoice.
