DELIVERING QUALITY ACROSS TRANSLATION, COPY AND CONTENT CREATION, DESIGN AND ARTWORK
The work we undertake is very process-driven. Therefore it is important that the quality management that takes places is documented, measured and audited in the most transparent way possible. PUSH are accredited to two separate quality standards. ISO 9001 is the quality standard which monitors compliance with our published process. It ensures that if we need to deviate from which is published due to client request, this move is formally recorded. The process covers the quality management of all our activities from copywriting and content creation, through translation and into creative implementation.
The quality standard EN 15038:2006 closely regulates our translation and transcreation activity. Statistically, getting translated content right is one of the greatest client concerns and one of the main reasons the avoid translating their content. EN 15038 monitors how Translation Project Managers screen and assign vendors, how the vendors are managed and ensures quality by implementing a multi-stage checking system. The quality process also measures client feedback, giving a complete audit trail from project inception through to completion and all stages in between.
